Refunds will be processed when the item has been received in our warehouse. Upon return, your item will be inspected. If eligible, credits will be issued for the purchase price. Designed By The Boss reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new conditions due to damage or misuse by the customer. Designed By The Boss  also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 7-day period. Please allow up to 14 business days for your credit to process.
Refunds can be issued in the form of a gift card or processed back to the original method of payment.

CREDITS TO YOUR CHARGE CARD
Credit Card and PayPal refunds will only be credited to the credit card or account used on the original purchase. It will take up to 14 business days from the date DBTB has received your return for your account to be credited.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account 
Or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
