Shipping & Return Policy

All orders are processed during business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another email when your order has been shipped. Items purchased together will not necessarily be shipped together. All ship times are in business days. If there is a delay in the shipping of part of your order, we will notify you of the items(s) that may be affected.

Please Note*
Order cancellations must be requested within 24 hours of the order being placed. Any cancellation requested after 24 hours is subject to denial, or a 10% restocking fee. Please email us at customerservice@designedbytheboss.com  to make a cancellation request.

*Returnable Merchandise
If for any reason, our product does not meet your expectations, we accept returns within 7 days of package delivery. All claims must be made within 7 days of delivery. Any claims made after 7 days will not be accepted. Designed By The Boss also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 7-day period. If you would like to make a return, please reach out to DBTB Customer Service at customerservice@designedbytheboss.com to verify return eligibility before sending pieces back.

We are NO responsible for lost or stolen packages under any circumstance. If your order is marked "delivered" by the shipping carrier but you have not received it you will need to file a claim with the carrier directly.


If you wish to make a return, please indicate the following: reason for return, order number, and product description.
Please note that a restocking fee of 10% of the order total will be applied on all returns . The customer(s) is responsible for all return shipping costs if the item(s) do/does not suit their needs and/or likes.
1. Pack and seal your return securely in the original package if possible. Include the original packing slip with the indicated information above.

2. Eligible returns will receive a refund. 

To be eligible for a full refund , the item must be sent back unused in the same condition that you received it in order to obtain a full refund. All items are inspected upon arrival. It must also be in the original packaging. Designed By The Boss reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges of items that are not in as-new conditions due to damage or misuse by the customer. Designed By The Boss  also reserves the right to decline returns or exchanges not made within the 7-day period. To Insure you get your refund please provide us with the tracking information.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. If your return package gets lost and we did not receive the tracking information, we will not be able to process your return and issue a refund.

• The customer(s) is responsible for all return shipping costs if the item(s) does not meet your expectations.
• Examples if an item is ordered by mistake, the color or quality is not to the customers liking, didn’t fit a specific need.

If the items arrive in damaged or defective conditions, DBTB will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
DBTB will send a replacement for any damaged item(s) before we issue a refund. 
If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage caused in transit, please contact Us immediately at  customerservice@designedbytheboss.com We will ask for photos to determine the best course of action.

CLAIMS

DELIVERY ISSUES
Once a package leaves our warehouse, we are no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package shows delivered, but you have not received it please reach out to UPS Customer Service at 1 (800) 742-5877. Due to privacy concerns, We cannot reach out to UPS on behalf of the customer. UPS will allow you to file a claim.
*If you live in an area with a high risk of package theft, please reach out to us when you place your order to request a "signature required" delivery.


International Orders
All international orders place with DBTB on www.designedbytheboss.com or via phone, or any other method are considered final at the point of shipping from DBTB warehouse. No refund or exchanges. DBTB offers no service for orders shipped outside of the United States. All vendor warranties are considered null and void without exception.
It is the purchaser's responsibility to insure proper insurance coverage is available to cover loss or damage for orders shipped outside of the US
International orders are not refundable and customers are responsible for paying any customs duties and taxes.

ARRIVAL DATES
DBTB does its best to assure merchandise arrives within the quoted delivery time frame. If an unforeseen delay occurs, we will do our best to notify you in advance, however we do not provide monetary compensation for late delivery.

Custom Orders
Custom Orders are manufactured especially for you, which is why we do not accept cancellations, exchanges, or returns. Vendor ship times vary, we have only provided you with an estimated ship time.

In the unlikely event your item arrives either damaged or defective, please contact customer service immediately at  customerservice@designedbytheboss.com To help resolve your issue, we will ask for photos or videos to determine the best course of action (e.g. replacement, exchange, or refunds). Please note* Due to the uniqueness and raw material used in some of our products, the color, may vary on each item due to the nature of how products are crafted, the uniqueness of each item varies from piece to piece. In addition, exposure to light and temperature changes can affect the condition of your merchandise over time.
